It reflects T\u00e9cnico&#8217;s commitment to promoting high-quality research and fostering academic excellence across all areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Architecture, and Mathematics.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Applications are invited from eligible doctoral graduates who successfully defended their PhD thesis during the designated award period. The PhD thesis should be submitted to one the following scientific domains:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">Molecular, Health and Environmental Sciences and Engineering<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">Computer, Mathematical and Management Sciences and Engineering<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">Physics and Electrical Sciences and Engineering<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">Mechanical and Built Environment Engineering, and Architecture<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">A description of each scientific domain is found in the Annex I of the <a href=\"https:\/\/posgraduacao.tecnico.ulisboa.pt\/files\/sites\/29\/best-phd-thesis-award-regulations.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Regulations<\/b><\/a><\/span><span class=\"s3\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Submitted theses will be evaluated by a jury composed of internationally recognised researchers and professors.
