Collaboration Protocols
Técnico has established collaboration agreements with reputable institutions and companies.
These protocols offer PhD students the possibility of experiencing a valuable international collaboration through their participation in international research networks and integration in innovative scientific projects, promoting student’s exchange and mobility and access to a wide source of funding opportunities. It also grants PhD students with an enhanced professional experience particularly valuable after the PhD.
Active collaboration protocols
Current active international collaboration protocols include, among others, the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN), the European Space Agency (ESA), the Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), and the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL).
At a national level, Técnico has current active partnership within several institutions, among others, with the National Laboratory for Civil Engineering (LNEC), the National Health Institute Dr. Ricardo Jorge (INSA), and the Portuguese Air Force.
